No sweat means no fat burning? - The most common question for fat loss

1. Is fat lossing less efficiency without sweating?

5. Does muscle building help reduce fat?



Increasing muscle is helpful for fat loss if we consider this in long term run. However, muscle weighs three times more than same size fat, which is why many athletes are the same height as you, but weigh more.
